Cloneify collects the minimum data needed to provide the service. This includes account holder email addresses, team member profiles, connected tool OAuth tokens, knowledge base documents you upload, and conversation logs between your team and the AI assistant.

2. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used solely to operate and improve Cloneify. We use it to process AI conversations, execute actions on connected tools (Shopify, Gmail, Calendar, etc.), enforce role-based access control, and analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve the service.

3. Data Security

All data is encrypted with AES-128 at rest and in transit. API credentials and service tokens are stored in an isolated credential vault that the AI assistant can use to execute actions but cannot expose to users. We implement industry-standard security measures including secure authentication, role-based access control, and regular security audits.

4. Third-Party Integrations

When you connect tools like Shopify, Gmail, or Google Calendar, Cloneify accesses those services on your behalf using OAuth tokens. We only access the data necessary to fulfill your requests. We do not store copies of your external data beyond what is needed for conversation context.

5. Data Sharing

We never sell or share personal or business information with third parties for marketing purposes. We may share anonymized, aggregated usage data for analytics purposes only.

6. Data Retention

Conversation logs and knowledge base data are retained for the duration of your subscription. Upon account deletion, all data is permanently removed within 30 days.
